Developed by the RICS to provide a standard format report for more straightforward properties.

Straightforward and compact economy report.
 

Elements of the building are given ratings:

 

1. No repair currently needed.

2. Some repair needed.

3. Serious defects needing urgent attention.

Any residential property, but including period houses, Listed or thatched cottages, larger village houses, any house in poor repair.

To provide a detailed assessment of the construction and condition of the property.

 

Advice on problems and remedies.

Longer detailed report with photographs.

 

Roof Plan and Drainage Plan where appropriate.

To provide an easy to read report to enable the client to make an informed decision whether or not to proceed.

Individual style detailed report (including photographs) for older or more complicated houses.

Not usually included unless by prior agreement.
